Over the next few weeks we are revisiting a few early projects we worked on where producers took a risk with THD. We, as well as the producers, discovered that we were looking at a new style of small streamlined production.

TURNKEY HD, Inc. is approaching it's 3rd anniversary. It was back in June of 2009 that we went out on our first job for Citizen Group in San Francisco. The job happened to be a perfect fit for the new Sprinter... A six day journey down old Historical Route 66 from Los Angeles, CA to Flagstaff, AZ. 

Bridges Media came to town from Chicago to do an Oscar Mayer campaign and hired DP Ed Gutentag to shoot it. When Ed had read the concept and thought about what resources he could utilize he immediately thought of TURNKEY HD. Ed decided to shoot on the Red One 4K camera and the THD Sprinter and its digital workstation was set up and ready for the data.
